Skilled Cabinetmaker The ideal candidate for our Skilled Cabinetmaker position is detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes pride in creating lasting work. They’ll have hands-on experience across all stages of milling, fabrication, and assembly. Thoughtful communication, efficiency, and a willingness to jump in and learn new systems wherever needed are essential. Must be able to work to tight tolerances. Minimum 3-5 years of custom fabrication experience required.

Administrative Coordinator We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Coordinator to help keep our business running smoothly. This person will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations: managing office systems, coordinating communication, assisting with bookkeeping, and providing high-level administrative and project coordination support to the owner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts; someone who enjoys combining precision and problem-solving in a creative, hands-on small business environment. 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar roles preferred.

Installation Lead Our installation team is tasked with ensuring Block Brothers quality is carried through into the field. We’re looking for someone who can handle complex site layouts, cut perfect scribes, and represent our company well on high end job sites. Positions available in Midcoast and Southern Maine. 3-5+ years of finish carpentry or cabinet installation experience required.

Installation Apprentice The Installation Apprentice assists the installation team while learning hands-on cabinetry installation techniques, tools, and processes. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in the trade and seeking mentorship. A dynamic entry-level position. You bring basic skill and a good attitude and we’ll train for the rest.
